Please read carefully the description of the item you are interested before you buy it. Check the measurements and note that color may vary a bit from display to display. If you want any additional photos or info, just drop us a note and we’ll be more than happy to help you in any way possible.
We understand that buying through the internet might be tricky so if the item you ordered isn’t exactly what you expected, you can return it (postmarked) to us within 14 days of receiving your order for either exchange it with something else or get a refund. Please send us an email before sending the item back. You are not obliged to provide us with a reason of your decision but if you do so,it will be greatly appreciated :)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.You will receive a refund once we check that everything is in order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that you may not use the item you have received before deciding to return it. The right to return it exists to allow you to examine the product in the same way as you would in a shop, not to give you 14 days free use.You can use the original package to send it back or any other box or padded envelope but please make sure to pack it securely because if it gets damaged in transit ,it will not be accepted for return or exchange.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The 14 days return period does not apply for custom made.
•Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

•Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
•Exchanges (if applicable)
We accept exchanges. Once the item you originally bought is received and check that it is unused and in its original condition, we'll contact you to arrange the exchange. Customer is responsible for paying the extra shipping costs. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. •Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
